痤疮方合硫黄霜治疗女性青春期后痤疮的疗效观察

Acne prescription and sulphur cream in the treatment of female adolescent acne after puberty

目的:探讨自拟痤疮方联合硫黄霜治疗女性青春期后痤疮的疗效。方法:收治女性青春期后痤疮患者100例,分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组给予痤疮方联合硫黄霜治疗,对照组给予丹参酮胶囊治疗。连续用药8周后,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痤疮方合硫黄霜对女性青春期后痤疮有一定疗效。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of self-made acne prescription combined with sulfur cream in the treatment of female adolescent acne after puberty.Methods：100 female patients with post adolescent acne were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with acne recipe combined with sulfur cream,while the control group were treated with Danshentong capsules.After 8 weeks of continuous medication,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acne prescription and sulfur yellow cream have a certain effect on female acne after puberty.
