中西联合用药对糖尿病肾病患者治疗的影响研究

Study on the effect of combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的:研究中西联合用药对糖尿病肾病患者治疗的影响。方法:收治糖尿病肾病患者74例,随机平分两组。将实施常规治疗和贝那普利治疗的患者纳入对照组,将加用自拟中药汤剂治疗的患者设为观察组。将两组糖尿病肾病患者的UAER检测值、IGF-1以及肾功能指标进行对比。结果:观察组治疗后的UAER检测值、IGF-1以及UAE、Scr、BUN 3项肾功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西联合用药能够有效改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能,治疗效果良好。

Objective：To study the effect of the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods：74 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Patients who received routine treatment and benazepril treatment were included in the control group,while patients who were treated with the decoction of Chinese medicine were set up as the observation group.We compared UAER,IGF-1 and renal function indexes in two groups of diabetic nephropathy patients.Results：The UAER,IGF-1 and 3 indexes of UAE,Scr and BUN of patients with diabetic nephropathy in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the renal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy,and the therapeutic effect is good.
