摘要
目的:探讨卵巢肿瘤患者应用快速冰冻切片病理诊断的价值。方法:收治卵巢肿瘤患者80例。所有患者均采用快速冰冻切片病理检查,术后进行石蜡切片病理检查。结果:80例患者经过诊断后77例确诊,正确率96.25%。结论:卵巢肿瘤患者采用快速冰冻切片病理诊断可提升正确率,降低误诊率。
Objective：To investigate the value of rapid frozen section pathological diagnosis in patients with ovarian tumor.Methods：80 cases of ovarian tumor were selected.All of the patients were examined by quick frozen section,and paraffin sections were performed after operation.Results：In 80 patients,77 cases were diagnosed after the diagnosis,and the correct rate was 96.25%.Conclusion：Fast frozen section pathological diagnosis can improve the accuracy rate and reduce the misdiagnosis rate in patients with ovarian tumor.
