应用联合诊断标准的乳腺动态MRI检查分析

Analysis of breast dynamic MRI examination with combined diagnostic criteria

目的:探讨应用联合诊断标准的乳腺动态MRI检查。方法:收治乳腺病变患者50例。20例实施平扫检查,30例实施动态增强扫描。结果:联合应用的准确率、特异性、敏感性均高于定性标准或单独定量标准。结论:MRI平扫在人体乳腺病变的定性和发现方面不准确,进行联合应用能显著提高MRI诊断效果。

Objective：To explore the breast dynamic MRI examination with combined diagnostic criteria.Methods：50 patients with breast lesions were selected,20 patients underwent plain scan,and 30 patients underwent dynamic enhanced scan.Results：The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of combined use were higher than those of qualitative criteria or single quantitative criteria.Conclusion：MRI scan was not accurate in the qualitative and discovery of human breast lesions,and combined application can significantly improve the diagnostic effect of MRI.
