品管圈活动对提高普外科护士住院患者健康教育知晓率的作用

Effect of quality control circle activity on improving health education awareness of nurses and inpatients in department of general surgery

目的:探讨品管圈活动对提高普外科护士住院患者健康教育知晓率的作用。方法:选择普外科护理人员40名,分为对照组和试验组。对照组接受常规管理模式,试验组接受品管圈活动管理模式,比较两组患者健康教育知晓率。结果:试验组患者健康教育知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在普外科护士中实施品管圈活动,不仅可以增加护理人员和患者对健康教育的知晓度,更有助于提高护理服务质量,减少护患纠纷,效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of quality control circle activity on improving health education awareness of nurses and inpatients in department of general surgery.Methods：40 nurses in department of general surgery were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group received the routine management mode,and the experimental group received the quality control circle activity management mode.We compared the patients＇ awareness rate of health education of two groups.Results：The health education awareness rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of quality control circle activities in nurses in department of general surgery can not only increase awareness of health education among nurses and patients,but also help to improve the quality of nursing service and reduce nurse patient disputes,and the effect was remarkable.
