恶性新生血管性青光眼患者1例的个案护理

Nursing care of 1 patient with malignant neovascular glaucoma

本研究总结1例恶性新生血管性青光眼的护理过程。患者入院后给予药物降眼压、视网膜光凝术、小梁切除术、玻璃体切除术、硅油取出术治疗。术前护理给予饮食指导、心理护理、用药指导等。术后护理给予视网膜光凝术后护理、小梁切除术后护理、玻璃体切除术后护理等。笔者通过个案护理整理出一套合并糖尿病患者恶性新生血管性青光眼的护理方法。

We summarize the nursing process of 1 patient with malignant neovascular glaucoma.After admission,the patient is treated with medication for reducing intraocular pressure,retinal photocoagulation,trabeculectomy,vitrectomy,silicone oil removal.Preoperative nursing care：diet guidance,psychological care medication guidance and so on.Postoperative care：postoperative care after retinal photocoagulation,postoperative care after trabeculectomy,postoperative care after vitrectomy and other nursing.Through the case nursing,a nursing method of diabetic patients with malignant neovascular glaucoma is sorted out.
