手术室优质护理干预对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者的影响观察

Observation on the effect of high quality nursing intervention in operation room on patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer

目的:探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者实施手术室优质护理干预的影响。方法:收治腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者50例。常规组给予一般护理方式,干预组在此基础上实施手术室优质护理干预。结果:护理后,两组患者的病情及生活质量均有所改善;干预组并发症发生率明显低于常规组,干预组各项生活质量功能评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:将手术室优质护理干预应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的护理中,不仅能够帮助患者改善病情,同时也能减少并发症的出现,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention in operation room for laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods：50 cases whom taken laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical operation were selected.The general group were given general nursing,while the intervention group were given high-quality nursing intervention based on the general nursing.Results：After nursing,the condition and quality of life were improved in both of the two groups,the incidence of complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the quality of life scores in the intervention group were all higher than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of high quality nursing intervention in laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical nursing can not only help patients improve their condition,but also reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the life quality of patients.
