摘要
由于旱地农业生产中持续小型农机浅耕与重用轻养,使土壤有效耕层变浅,犁底层加厚,造成耕层土壤的理化特性恶化,地力下降,导致农田干旱、水土流失,土壤养分降低等,严重制约了农作物生产力的提高。为此,在研究分析现有联合整地作业机的基础上,针对辽西褐土区的土壤合理耕层构建,研究了一种可实现灭茬、旋耕、深松、起垄和镇压等多项作业的灭茬深松起垄联合作业机。通过理论分析确定了该联合作业机的整机结构参数,利用Solid Works软件对该机具优化设计,建立了机具三维模型,且对其关键部件进行有限元分析,验证了关键部件结构强度满足设计要求。该机具工作过程中不仅可以有效打破坚硬的犁底层,改善土壤结构,同时可以提高土壤的有机质含量,达到蓄水保墒的目的。
Because of the small agricultural topsoil and reuse of light continued production of dry farming,the soil available soil shallow plow,thickened,resulting in deterioration of physical and chemical properties,soil fertility decline,resulting in farmland drought,soil erosion,soil nutrients decreased,restrict crop productivity. Based on the analysis of the existing combined tillage machine for soil,reasonable construction in cinnamon soil region of Liaoning Province,this paper investigates a realization of stubble,rotary tillage,ridging and rolling etc. Operation of stubble and deep loosen combined machine. Determine the structure parameters of the combined machine through theoretical analysis,the optimization design of the machine using the Solid Works software to establish the three-dimensional model of equipment,and the finite element analysis of the key components,verify the key components of structural strength to meet the design requirements. The machine work process can not only effectively break the hard plough layer,improve soil structure,and can improve soil organic matter content,to achieve water conservation purpose.
