4K-100型谷物集束打捆收获机快速系扣装置设计与试验

摘要 针对4K-100型谷物集束打捆收获机线绳易断裂及系扣紧实度差、成捆率低等问题,设计了谷物集束打捆收获机快速系扣装置。该装置在谷物集束打捆收获过程中,实现送绳装置所送线绳的捕捉、传递、缠绕、系扣、切割及脱扣等工序。对快速系扣装置进行了优化设计和试验研究,确定了该装置的最优结构和工作参数为:打结器与绕线器的轴线夹角为34.5°,且轴线交点与锥齿圆盘的圆心重合;打结器初始安装角为16°;打结器上喙部弯折弧度为55°,弧长为27.8mm;绕线轮的螺旋升角为23°,有效捕捉范围为0~14mm。在主轴转速为9 0 0 r/min时,成捆率高达9 6.4%,解决了成捆率低的问题,为集束打捆技术的大范围推广应用奠定了基础。 Aiming at the problem that the cord of the 4K-100 type corn bundling machine is easy to break,the tightness is bad and the bundling rate is low,a quick buckling device is designed for the corn bundling machine. The device realizes the process of capturing,transferring,winding,buckling,cutting and tripping of the wire ropes delivered by the rope feeding device in the process of harvester. The optimum design parameters and working parameters of the device are as follows: the angle between the knotter and the axis of the winder is 34. 5 °,and axis intersection with cone gear disc coincides with the center of the circle,The initial installation angle of the knotter is16 °; the curvature of the beak of the knotter is 55 ° and the arc length is 27. 8mm,the spiral angle of the reel is 23 °,the effective catching range is 0-14 mm. When the spindle speed is 900r/min,the bundling rate is up to 96. 4%,which solves the problem of low bundling rate,lays a foundation for the popularization and application of bundling technology.
