摘要 甘薯收获前去除秧蔓工作,国内多采用人工去蔓,劳动强度大、成本高、效率低,严重影响了甘薯的收获。针对这一问题,根据甘薯农艺要求和种植模式,设计了一种履带式小型甘薯秧蔓处理机。为此,介绍了履带式小型甘薯秧蔓处理机的总体结构及关键部件如粉碎刀具、拨禾机构及挑秧杆的设计原理,采用履带式底盘提高了设备跨沟过埂的能力,采用立式滚筒凸轮式拨禾机构,能有效解决甘薯秧蔓缠绕的问题。同时,运用Adams软件对粉碎刀具和立式滚筒拨禾机构进行动力学仿真。 The removal of sweet potato seedling vine before harvesting,the use of domestic labor to spread,high labor intensity,high cost and low efficiency seriously affect the receiving of sweet potato. To solve this problem,design a tracked mini-type sweet potato seedling vine processor,according to the requirements of agronomic and planting pattern. This paper introduces the overall structure and key components of the crawler mini-type sweet potato seedling vine processor such as grinding tool,reel mechanism,picking seedling rod design principle. Improve the ability of equipment to through the ditch and the ridge by using of the crawler chassis. The vertical roller cam type reel mechanism can effectively solve the problem of sweet potato seedling vine winding. The dynamic simulation of crushing tool and vertical drum shifting mechanism was carried out by using the Adams software.
