摘要
针对2BQ-27型三七精密播种机存在仿形开沟器对槽内基质高低适应性不强及基质湿度变化较大时仿形能力差的问题,首先从物理结构上对仿形开沟装置进行改进设计:将仿形开沟装置进行分段处理,共分成7段,每段由4个仿形轮组成,仿形轮直径为150mm,宽度为20mm;在仿形开沟装置上加装弹性装置,仿形弹簧刚度系数k=0.31N/mm,最低伸长量为103.6mm。将改进设计后的装置进行田间试验,试验结果显示:在仿形弹簧预拉力5.04N、基质湿度在25%时,该仿形开沟装置性能最佳,能够满足三七精密播种的农艺要求。
Problems that the adaptability of profile furrow opener to substrate surface with low or high and the profile ability with large changes of substrate moisture are very poor in the type 2BQ-27 notoginseng precision seeder. Firstly,this paper improves the design of profile furrowing device from the physical structure,the design content includes: dividing the profile furrowing device to 7 sections,each section consist of four profiling wheel,150 mm in diameter,20 mm in width; mounting the elastic device,the stiffness coefficient of the profile spring is 31N/mm,the minimum elongation is103. 6mm. Secondly,according to the above design to carry out field experiments,the result shows that when the profile spring tension in 5. 04 N,substrate moisture at 25%,the profile furrowing device performance is best,and the device can meet the precision seeding agronomic requirements.
