摘要
为了实现幼苗移栽井窖制作机与农艺的进一步融合,满足高效、高质井窖制作的需求,在分析井窖制作成穴原理的基础上,在遵义县开展了背负式井窖制作机田间测试试验。结果表明:试验机工作效率高、运行成本低、噪声低;高速段工作,所制井窖质量较好,整机振动较小;土壤水分及是否覆膜对井窖尺寸影响较大,当土壤含水量低于15%或高于30%时,不适宜制作井窖。覆膜后的井窖质量好于同等条件下未覆膜井窖质量;干燥条件下机具的防挂膜性能较高湿条件好,但干燥条件较高湿条件回土情况差,且同等土壤湿度条件覆膜较未覆膜回土情况好。根据测试结果及分析,对井窖制作机提出了改进建议。
To realize further integration of well-cellar making machine and agronomic technology for seedling transplanting and meet the need of high efficiency and high quality well-cellar making,the principle of well-cellar making was analyzed. And the field experiments on the knapsack well-cellar making machine were conducted in Zunyi county. The results showed that the testing machine had high working efficiency,low operating cost and low noise. The well-cellar quality was good,and the machine vibration was small at the high speed. And the soil humidity and film mulching or not had great effects on the well-cellar size. The analysis indicated that soil humidity below 15% or above 30% was not suitable for making well-cellar. The well-cellars with mulching were better than these without mulching in the same condition. Furthermore,the performance to prevent film twining under dry conditions was better than that in high humidity conditions. But covering soil under dry conditions was better than that in high humidity conditions. And covering soil with mulching was better than that without mulching in the same condition. Finally,the improvement proposal was put forward.
