摘要
转向行驶性能是履带式联合收割机一个主要性能指标,转向行驶性能的优劣直接影响整车的行驶机动性能和收获效率。因此,对履带式联合收割机转向行驶性能的研究一直是收获机械领域一个重要的研究课题。首先,根据液压机构与机械变速箱的不同组合方式对转向行驶机构进行分类介绍,分析了各类行驶转向机构的工作原理与技术特点;然后,根据转向行驶机构总体应用情况和实际工作效果,对不同转向机构的优缺点进行了简述,并在此基础上讨论了履带式联合收割机转向行驶机构的发展趋势。
Steering performance is one of the main performance indexes of the tracked combine harvester,which directly affects the driving performance and efficiency of the vehicle.Therefore,the research of the steering performance of tracked combine harvester has been an important research topic in the field of harvesting machinery.Firstly,according to the different combinations of hydraulic mechanism and mechanical gearbox,the kind of steering driving mechanism is introduced,analyzing all kinds of driving working principle and technical characteristics of the steering mechanism.Next,according to the general application and the actual work effect,the advantages and disadvantages of different steering mechanism are briefly introduced.On the basis of this,this paper discusses the research trend and development direction of the crawler type combine harvester.
