玉米收获机静液压驱动行走系传动特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 玉米收割机行驶系统采用液压传动能够提高稳定车速作业工况下的传动效率,然而机械液压元件本身的固有特性对传动系统的总体动力存在较大影响。为此,通过分析静液压系统工作原理,设计了具有泵控马达结构的传动方案,计算了传动元件的动力参数,并基于柔体动力学建模理论建立了玉米收获机行走系统多体动力学模型。基于Mat Lab/Simulink对玉米收获机静液压驱动行走系的传动特性进行了仿真,分析了恒压油源液压泵输出压力、输出流量、负载液阻、压力损失、压力变化、流量间的关系、泵控马达系统阻尼比对机械液压传动系统传动特性的影响。该研究可为玉米收获机液压驱动行走系的优化提供一定的理论基础。 The drive system of corn harvester which used hydrostatic transmission system can improve the transmission efficiency under the condition of stable speed. However,the inherent characteristics of mechanical and hydraulic components have a greater impact on the overall dynamics of the transmission system. In this paper,the working theory of hydrostatic transmission system of corn harvester was analyzed. A transmission scheme with pump-control motor was designed.The dynamic parameters of the drive element were calculated. The mathematical models of the engine system,the hydrostatic transmission system,the mechanical transmission device were built up. Based on MATLAB/Simulink,the simulation was carried out for hydrostatic transmission system of corn harvester walking system response. The influence of constant pressure oil source hydraulic pump output pressure and output load flow,fluid resistance,pressure loss,pressure change,the relationship between flow rate were analyzed,the pump controlled motor system damping ratio on the mechanical hydraulic transmission characteristics was analyzed. It could provide a certain theoretical basis for optimization of hydraulic driving and walking system of corn harvester.
