摘要 针对我国新疆南部地区红枣种植面积大,枣树的残枝覆盖量比较大,以及覆盖在枣园的残枝不易回收、不易降解等问题,设计开发了枣园残枝粉碎装置。该装置采用自走与粉碎还田一体机构,可一次完成残枝收集、残枝粉碎、碎枝和碎土还田等作业。该粉碎装置主要由调速系统、残枝收集系统和残枝粉碎系统组成。田间试验结果表明:在修枝之后,枣园残枝覆盖下进行枣园残枝粉碎作业,对枣园表面覆盖的残枝粉碎率在90%~9 5%左右,粉碎效果符合枣园技术要求;装置的结构设计合理,为我国新疆南部地区枣园残枝粉碎作业提供了技术支持。 The red dates planting area in southern Xinjiang in China,branches of jujube coverage is relatively large,the coverage in jujube orchard branches and difficult recovery,not easy to be degraded,the design and development of jujube branches and crushing device. The utility model adopts an integrated mechanism of self walking,crushing and returning to field. The device completes the collection of the residual branches,the crushing of the residual branches,the crushing of branches and the returning of the soil to the soil. The crushing device is mainly composed of a speed regulation system,a residual branch collection system and a residual crushing system. Field test results show that: in the pruning,jujube branches covered by jujube branches of comminution,covering the surface of the branches in jujube crushing rate in 90% ~ 95%,the crushing effect meets the technical requirements of jujube,device has reasonable structure design,provide technical support for the region in the south of Xinjiang Chinese branches of comminution.
