摘要 根据2BDH-20型水稻精量旱穴播机的工作原理,设计了整机液压系统,主要包括液压系统方案、参数计算及系统动力元件选型等关键部分设计;液压系统参数计算及工作元件选型完成后,在AMESim仿真软件下创建了仿真模型,对液压系统进行了仿真分析,分析系统设计及元件选型的合理性。设定液压元件参数后,输入谐波信号,分析显示:系统流量保持恒定,马达转速可控制在目标值附近,从而验证了此方案的可行性。 The Hydraulic System of rice direct seeder for dry land was designed by the working principle of the BDH-20 type precision rice hill-drop drilling machine for dry land,and mainly designed the key components include scheme design of the hydraulic system,the main parameter calculation and the system components and auxiliary components selection. The simulation model was established in the AMESim simulation software to analyze the simulation model of hydraulic system and the rationality of system design and component selection by the hydraulic system calculation and component selection. The feasibility of the scheme was verified by analysis showed that system flow remained constant and the motor speed can be controlled near the target value when input harmonic signal after setting the parameters of the hydraulic components.
