摘要
根据机采棉76cm等行距种植模式的作业要求,注重与智能化融合,设计了折叠式智能化机采棉精量播种机,镇压、开沟、施肥、播种、覆膜等多项工序经一次进地即可完成,实现76cm×6行宽幅作业。创新设计的一级传动仿形播种装置,保证了播深一致性;耐磨播种开沟器的使用为棉苗提供良好生长环境;限深平地滚筒和种带刮土器的配合使用提高了棉苗成活率;卫星定位同步施肥装置使施肥速度与机具前进速度相一致;北斗导航系统的应用提高了行距精度。室内台架和田间试验表明:该机主要技术参数均符合或超过设计标准。
According to the planting requirements of machine-harvested cotton 76 cm row spacing cultivation mode,coalesce intelligent,design folded intelligent cotton membrane planter based on mechanical harvest cotton,it can complete suppression,furrowing,fertilizing,seeding,laminating process,achieving 76 cm × 6 rows wide operation. Innovative design of primary transmission copying seeding device ensure consistency sowing depth,using wear-resisting seeding opener provide good growth environment for cotton seedlings; Limit of the cylinder and the kind of deep level ground with scraper device used for improvement of the cotton seedling survival rate. Satellite positioning synchronous fertilizer plant fertilization rate consistent with machine speed. The application of beidou navigation system improved the precision of row spacing. Indoor experiment and field experiment showed that the main technical parameters of the machine have reached or exceed the design requirements.
