摘要
在南方的水稻收获季节,多雨潮湿,稻谷易发芽霉变损失,且耕种面积小,难以采用成熟的大型烘干机。针对这些问题,在原有的技术基础上研制了一种小型谷物烘干机。该机主要由热风进出系统、箱体、谷物流动系统、温度控制系统、箱体回转传动机构和支架组成。其中,热风进出系统包括热风机、送风管、轴承和出风口;谷物流动系统包括旋转箱体、固定在箱体上的叶片、齿轮和电动机。工作时,通过谷物流动系统与热风进出系统的配合,实现谷物与热风的充分接触,可对谷物进行烘干,并实现了机械的小型化,减少了农户的劳动时间,满足了小型农户的需求。
In the southern rice harvest season,rainy and humid,rice is easy to germinate mildew losses and farming area is small,difficult to use the existing large dryer,aiming at these problems,in the original technique based on the proposed a small grain drying machine manufacturing. The machine is mainly composed of hot air inlet and out system,tank body,grain flow system,temperature control system,rotary drive mechanism and support frame. Hot air in and out of the system including hot air blower,air supply pipe,a bearing and an air outlet; grain flow system includes a rotary tank,fixed on the box body blades,gear and motor; in and out of the system through the grain flow system and hot air to achieve full contact between the grains and hot air,of grain drying,and realize the miniaturization of mechanical,reduce the labor time of farmers,to meet the needs of small farmers.
