摘要
新疆巴旦木种植面积位居世界第2位,但巴旦木核加工采用人工或简易坚果加工设备,劳动强度大,工作效率低,卫生条件差,急需先进的机械加工设备。为此,利用壳仁密度及空气动力特性存在的显著差异,采用比重式风选方法和气力式风选方法将壳仁分离。介绍了壳仁分离机的结构及工作原理,进行了巴旦木壳仁分离试验,分析影响巴旦木壳仁分离性能的主要因素,为设备的优化提供了理论依据。
Xinjiang almond planting area ranked second in the world,almond nuclear processing by manual or simple nut processing equipment,large labor intensity,low efficiency,poor sanitation. Almond processing production in urgent need of advanced mechanical processing equipment. Therefore,significant differences exist with the proportion of shell kernel and aerodynamic characteristics,the proportion of winnowing method the pneumatic and winnowing method shell kernel separation. This paper introduces structure and working principle of the shell and kernel separator. And the almond shell kernel separation test,analysis of the main factors influencing the almond shell kernel separation performance,It's provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of equipment.
