水稻电阻抗谱分析及检测频率范围的确定 被引量:1

摘要 为了确定基于水稻电特性的水稻水分传感器的检测频率范围,以江苏镇江的镇稻十号为研究对象,利用solartron阻抗分析仪1260A+1294及自制电阻盒研究频率(1Hz^1MHz)、水稻含水率(12%~29%)对水稻阻抗模的影响。通过研究发现:随着频率的增大,不同含水率水稻阻抗模逐渐减小,且阻抗模间距逐渐缩小并产生重合,其中低含水率水稻在低频段频率增加的过程中会产生一定幅度的波动;含水率对水稻阻抗模的影响具有频段区域特征,其减小或波动的幅度逐渐减小、趋势具有良好的一致性。通过对水稻阻抗谱的分析,最终确定水稻含水率的检测频率范围为200Hz^2k Hz,为基于复阻抗测量原理的水稻水分传感器的设计提供了重要的实验依据。 In order to determine the detection frequency range of rice moisture sensor based on the electrical characteristics of rice,setting the rice variety Zhendao ten planted in zhenjiang,jiangsu as the research object,using Solartron1260 A + 1294 impedance analyzer and self-made resistor box to study the effect of frequency( 1Hz ~ 1MHz) and rice water content(12%-29%) to rice impedance. The study found that with the increase of frequency,the impedance of rice with different moisture content gradually decreases and the modulus spacing of impedance gradually reduced until overlap,but the rice with low moisture content would fluctuate with the increase of frequency in the low-frequency stage.The influence of water content on rice impedance have different characteristics at different frequency range,but at any frequency range,the amplitude of reduces or fluctuations decreases gradually and the trend is consistent with the increase of frequency. Based on electrical impedance spectroscopy analysis of rice,the detection frequency range of rice moisture content is 200Hz-2k Hz,which provides an important experimental basis for the design of rice moisture sensor based on the principle of complex impedance measurement.
