摘要
精密播种技术是保证三七种苗质量的关键之一。2BQ-28型三七精密播种机是针对三七槽式育苗模式研发的专用播种机械,但还存在空间布局不合理、传动关系不合理及人机操作安全性不高等问题,影响了操作人员安全和三七种子播种质量。该文运用人-机-环境系统工程、机电一体化设计等相关知识,提出了2BQ-2 8型三七精密播种机整机及部件的空间结构布局等优化方案,重新分析设计了传动关系、排种器护种板开口、控制柜、机器接电方案等部分。新的设计能实现人-机关系相对匹配及机-环关系相对协调,同时也能满足三七槽式育苗模式的农艺要求,保证了三七播种质量。
Precision seeding technology is the key ensure the quality of the notoginseng seedlings,the 2BQ-28 notoginseng precision seeder is a special seeding machine for the design of notoginseng trough seeding model. Because of the layout design of the machine layout and the transmission relationship is unreasonable,the man-machine operation is unsafe and so on,this reason is affect the safety of the operator and the quality of the notoginseng seeds. This paper uses the Human-machine-environment system engineering,mechatronics design and other relate knowledge,present the optimization scheme of the spatial structure layout of the whole machine and the components of the 2BQ-28 notoginseng precision seeder,Re analysis and design the transmission relationship,the opening,the control cabinet and the plan of the machine connecting line. The new design can achieve human-machine relationship relative matching,machine-environment relationship relative coordination,at the same time,it can accord with agronomic requirements of the notoginseng trough seeding model,thus further ensure the quality of the notoginseng planting.
