农机数字化车间制造系统研究——基于RFID和Hadoop云存储 被引量:2

摘要 针对数字化车间制造过程中难以实时监测物料库存量和跟踪产品在库信息,车间调度缺乏准确实时性,计划、备料与齐套脱节等问题,提出了基于RFID和Hadoop云存储的农机数字化车间制造过程系统。根据农机部件生产车间实际需求,建立了基于物联技术的管理系统的车间、生产线、加工单元及操作四层应用模型。该系统应用于车间生产线跟踪检测与控制,提高了制造数据的实时性与准确性,实现了车间制造过程数据采集管理及产品跟踪等功能,对未来数字化生产车间具有及其重要的作用。 Aiming at the digital workshop in the manufacturing process of hard real-time monitoring of material inventory and tracking products in the library of information,lack of accurate real-time scheduling,planning,preparation and complete disconnection problem,it put forward the manufacturing process system of agricultural RFID and Hadoop digital workshop based on cloud storage. According to the actual needs of the agricultural machinery production workshop,it established the application model of the workshop,the production line,the processing unit,and the four layer of the management system based on the technology of the combination of things. The system is applied to the production line tracking detection and control,which improved the accuracy and real-time manufacturing data,realized the function of workshop manufacturing process management,product tracking and data acquisition,which has its important role in futuredigital production workshop.
