摘要
拖拉机变速箱结构是其传动系统重要组成部分。为此,对拖拉机变速箱传动系统进行分析,结合实际工作需求设计出适合当前多种需求的拖拉机变速箱传动系统,以保证其通用性,并在此基础上确定了传动系统相关参数。通过Pro/E对传动系统楚论部分以及花键轴部分进行仿真处理,得出优化前的传动系统结构,并在此基础上进行分析,在不降低结构性能基础上降低其体积和质量,最终实现对传动系统的优化,提升其工作效率。
the tractor gearbox structure is an important part of the transmission system,this paper carries on the analysis to push spam transmission control system,combined with the actual work needs to design a tractor tractor gearbox transmission system suitable for the current needs,to ensure its universality,on the basis of determining the parameters of the transmission system. Through the Proe transmission system of Chu part and spline shaft parts of the simulation processing,draw the structure of transmission system optimization,then on the basis of this analysis,reduce its volume and weight without reducing structure performance by optimizing the gear parameters and structure axial performance analysis,finally realize the optimization of transmission system,enhance its work efficiency.
