基于有限元法对多自由度剑麻收割机的分析与实验 被引量:2

摘要 剑麻在硬质纤维制造业运用十分的广泛,但剑麻自身带刺且硬度较大,使得收割成为困难。为此,本实验室创造出名为多自由度剑麻收割机的机械。为保证该机械有良好的使用安全系数及较长的使用寿命采用疲劳试验;但是,疲劳试验费时费力,且有一定的特殊性,所以先采用试验测量该机械的实际工况,再运用ANSYS Workbench基于有限元法对其进行虚拟仿真相结合的方法对多自由度剑麻收割机的零件强度和疲劳进行分析,以便得到该机械的使用安全系数及使用寿命。通过实体试验和ANSYS Workbench有限元分析法不但可以保证试验的一般性,而且大幅度减少了检验时间和检验成本。 Sisal is extensively used in hard fiber manufacturing,but sisal barbed and its hardness is bigger,makes the harvest is difficult,therefore the lab for multiple degrees of freedom to create famous sisal harvester machinery. In order to ensure the safety coefficient of the machinery has good use and long service life,but fatigue test time-consuming,laborious and there is a certain particularity,so this article will use the actual working condition of the first by using the test measuring the mechanical,again using ANSYS Workbench on the virtual simulation based on finite element method,combining the method of multi degree of freedom of sisal harvester parts strength and fatigue analysis,in order to get the use of the mechanical factor of safety and service life. Therefore,through the entity test and ANSYS Workbench general finite element analysis method can not only guarantee test,and greatly reduce the test time and test cost. And through real experiment,testing the working characteristic of sisal harvester more freedom and harvesting efficiency on different planting ways of inspection,to ensure the reliability of mechanical design.
