摘要
为了研制茎秆粉碎机前置型玉米收获机,完成摘穗、茎秆粉碎并压块工作,且保证割台和茎秆粉碎机互不干涉,对现有茎秆粉碎机进行了改进设计。利用三维设计软件的建模以及分析功能,设计了茎秆粉碎机的粉碎刀。通过应力分析,获得了粉碎刀等效应力、位移、安全系数分布云图。分析结果表明:粉碎刀设计合理,能达到作业要求。最后,通过样机试制验证了该设计的可行性。
In order to develop the stalk shredder front corn harvester,complete picking,stalk crushing and pressing work,and to ensure that cutting and stalk crusher non-interference,improve the existing straw shredder. Using the modeling and analysis function of 3D design software,designed the grinding blade. Through the stress analysis,the equivalent stress,displacement and safety factor distribution of the grinding blade were obtained. The results show that the grinding blade design is reasonable and can meet the requirement of operation. Finally,the feasibility of the design is verified by manufacturing prototype.
