摘要 针对新疆青皮核桃去皮后烘干所需要的时间太长、工作量太大的现实问题,设计了一种核桃自动烘干控制系统。以微处理器作为主要硬件部分的控制单元,以PID闭环控制方法设计了一款核桃自动烘干控制系统。在滚筒烘干箱内壁上方处安装温湿度传感器和排风口,在烘干箱下方安装加热装置,通过触屏设定核桃烘干参数,微处理器控制设备运行。试验结果表明:与人工非自动烘干系统相比,核桃自动烘干装置系统烘干效率高,核桃受热均匀,烘干效果良好,该研究可为核桃烘干加工应用提供参考。 According to the Xinjiang black walnut peel after drying time required is too long,the real problem is too big workload,designed a kind of automatic control system for drying walnut. With the microprocessor as the main hardware part of the control unit,the PID closed loop control method is used to design an automatic control system of walnut drying. Temperature and humidity sensor is installed on the upper part of the inner wall of the drum at the drying box and the air outlet,the drying box is arranged below the heating device,set the walnut drying parameters through the touch screen,the microprocessor control the operation of equipment; test results show that compared with the artificial non automatic drying system,automatic drying system of drying device of walnut walnut high efficiency,uniform heating,good drying effect; the research can provide a reference for walnut drying processing and application.
