摘要
打捆机旋转切割喂入装置是打捆机械的核心部件,其性能、工艺的优良直接决定了秸秆物料的揉切及成捆效果。因此,分析旋转切割喂入装置的构成、工作原理及设计制造过程中的优缺点是十分必要的。通过对旋转切割喂入装置主要部件的研究设计、理论计算,可以有效提高加工设计工艺;对主要部件进行仿真分析,可以对部件进一步优化,从而提高机械的品质,减少二次改进带来的不必要资金投入。该装置结构简单、切碎效果良好,可为同类机具改进设计提供借鉴。
Baler Rotary cutting feeding device is the core components of packing machinery,and its performance and excellent technology directly determines the rubbing-cutting as well as bundles of straw materials. Therefore,rotating feeding device for cutting and working principle and advantages and disadvantages of the design and manufacturing process is necessary. Through the study of Rotary cutting feeding device for main components of design can effectively improve the process and design technology. Simulation analysis and optimization of the main components to improve the mechanical quality,reduce the unnecessary second improvement funds.
