摘要 针对目前国内厩肥撒施机缺少智能化监控装置,导致物料状态无法实时监测、抛撒幅度无法实时调节及无法满足不同地块和土壤状况的需求等问题,开发了一种厩肥撒施机监控系统。该系统可以根据作业地块大小和土壤状况,通过触摸屏设定施肥量、抛撒幅度和出料口高度,作业速度、作业面积、转速等信息通过触摸屏显示,抛撒过程中根据作业速度自动调节施肥量;具有缺料、满料、堵塞状态识别和报警功能,物料堵塞时可自动疏通。田间试验结果证明:该系统工作稳定可靠,缺料、堵塞报警准确率高,物料状态实时监测,施肥量自动调节,适应性强,对促进我国农业可持续发展、减轻农民劳动强度及改善生态环境等都具有十分重要的意义。 According to domestic manure spreader lack of intelligent monitoring devices,manure status cannot be realtime monitored,spread amplitude cannot be real-time adjusted,and it cannot meet the need of different fields and soil regime. This paper developed a manure spreader monitoring system. Through the touching screen,fertilization,spread amplitude and height of discharge outlet can be set by field size and soil regime. Display speed,area and rotate speed through the touching screen. Furthermore it can automatic adjust fertilization by speed during spread. In addition,it can identify status,such as,lack of manure,full of manure and blocking. It will give an alarm as these things happen.Also it can automatic dredge the blocking. The field experiment results show that system run stably and reliably,alarming accuracy is high when lack of manure and blocking. Status of manure can be real-time monitored and fertilization can be automatic adjusted. It has a better adaptability. It has a great significance to improve sustainable agricultural development,alleviate labor intensity and improve the ecological environment.
