摘要 针对联合收割机在农业生产中的环境特性及液压传动的使用技术条件,在新疆C-2型联合收割机的基础上设计了液压驱动的行走系统,并对液压系统的重要元件及作业回路进行研究分析。同时,使用分析软件AMESim进行系统回路建模仿真,为产品的试制提供最优技术参数,从而缩短产品开发时间,提高经济效益。仿真结果表明:所设计的联合收割机液压驱动系统回路满足设计要求,为联合收割机驱动系统的技术升级与优化改进,提供了参数支持及理论知识的储备。 In connection with the environmental characteristics of combine harvesters in agricultural production and the technical conditions for the use of hydraulic drives. The hydraulic drive system is designed based on the Xinjiang C-2Combine Harvester. study and analyze The important components of the hydraulic system and the working circuit. And use the analysis software AMESim for system loop modeling and simulation,to provide the best technical parameters for the trial production of the product,thus shortening the product development time and improving the economic efficiency.Simulation results show that: The design of the combine harvester hydraulic drive system loop meet the design requirements,and provide parameter support and theoretical knowledge of the reserves for technical upgrades and optimization improvements of combine harvester drive systems.
