摘要
在风筛式清选装置中气流对筛分性能有重要影响。为了提高三维并联振动筛的筛分性能,在多维振动筛分试验台上引入气流因素,在对入口气流平均风速进行标定的基础上,提出了用于三自由度风筛清选的性能评价指标并开展了试验。同时,分析得出了各因素对筛分性能评价指标的主次影响顺序,并采用综合平衡法得出筛分性能最佳时振动筛各工作参数的最佳状态。结果表明:筛面宽度方向的振幅对筛分速度影响最大,风速对含杂率影响最大。
Airflow has an important effect on sieving performance in air-and-screen cleaning device. In order to improve the screening performance of three-dimensional parallel sieve,the airflow was introduced on the multi-dimensional librating screening test bench and the average wind speed of the inlet of the test bench was calibrated. On the basis of this,the evaluation indexes of screening performance of 3-DOF air-and-screen cleaning device were put forward and relevant experimental research was carried out. The results were analyzed to obtain mechanical working parameters 'influence trend and degree on the screening. The integrated balance method was used to get the vibratory screen mechanical parameters when the screening performance was the best. The results showed that the amplitude of the screen width direction had the greatest impact on the sieving speed and the air speed had the greatest impact on the dirt percentage.
