摘要 农机驾驶操作比较复杂,合理的驾驶室设计能有效保证的驾驶的舒适性、安全性、准确性,能有效减少过早疲劳和事故的发生。为此,结合人机工程学原理与人体尺寸数据,用Rhion对农机驾驶室进行虚拟现实建模,并将其导入人机工程学软件JACK,在JACK中创建01%、05%、50%、95%、99%男女数字人模型。通过研究驾驶舒适H点、驾驶员背部受力危险临界值,以及手拉手刹、脚踩离合踏板的静态强度受伤风险值,对座椅及操纵装置进行改进。对驾驶室内部空间布局进行仿真及舒适性、可达域、可视域等模拟并进行评价,从而缩短设计周期,减少试制费用,有效提高农机驾驶室舒适性和安全性。 The operation of agricultural machinery is complex. Reasonable design of the cab can effectively ensure the comfort,safety and accuracy of driving,and can prevent fatigue and reduce the occurrence of accidents effectively. The Rhion virtual reality modeling of agricultural machinery cab is based on the principle of ergonomics and human body size data. The modeling was imported in ergonomics software JACK. Digital human models of 01%,05%,50%,95% and99% percentile of men and women were created in JACK. By studying the driver H point,dangerous critical value of back force; and the static strength value of injury risk when hand pull the handbrake and the foot hit the brake. Which aimed to improve the seat and steering device,evaluate and simulate the comfort,accessible domain,visual field of the interior space of cab,so as to shorten the design cycle,reduce development cost and improve the comfort and safety of agricultural machinery cab.
