摘要
目的:调查长沙市护士职业生涯规化和管理对护士职业发展现状的影响。方法:2016年8-10月对长沙市9家医院的在职护士进行职业生涯规划、职业生涯管理、职业发展现状问卷调查,并分析职业生涯规划与管理对护士职业发展现状的影响。结果:护士职业生涯规划量表得分为(39.98±8.38)分,职业生涯管理量表得分为(49.62±8.86)分,职业发展现状量表得分为(42.80±7.12)分。Pearson相关分析显示:除留离职意愿与注重关系两个维度无相关性外,护士职业生涯规划的其余维度及总分与其职业发展均呈正相关(P<0.05);护士职业生涯管理的各个维度及总分都与护士职业发展现状均呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,注重培训、确立职业目标及策略、自我展示对护士职业发展现状具有影响(P<0.05)。结论:做好职业生涯规划和管理能够有效促进护士的职业发展。
Objective: To investigate the impact of career planning and management on nurses' career development in changsha. Methods: From August to October in 2016, nurses from 9 hospitals whose levels were beyond second A in Changsha were surveyed through a questionnaire about their career planning, career management and career development. And results regarding the impact of career planning and management over current career development were analysed. Results: The score of career planning of those nurses was 39.98±8.38, the score of career management was 49.62±8.86 on and the score of career development scale was 42.80±7.12 Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between all dimensions and the total score of career planning except the two dimensions of relocation and attention (P〈0.05). And status of nurses' career development was positively correlated with all dimensions and the total score of nurses' career management (P〈0.05). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that training and establishing career goals and strategies and self-presentation had a significant effect on nurses' career development (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Good career planning and management can effectively promote career development of nurses.
