摘要
为实现在贵州山地使用变量施肥控制系统进行施肥,设计了一种基于无GPS定位的变量施肥控制系统。该控制系统以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为核心,分为手动模式和无GPS定位自动模式。在手动模式下,人为选择相应的工作地块后,通过触摸屏选择不同的挡位进行施肥;在无GPS定位自动模式下,该施肥控制系统通过移速传感器获取施肥机的位置信号,再根据施肥机的位置信号施用对应的施肥量,以实现变量施肥。试验结果表明:该系统可将传感器数据和决策函数等信息综合处理,在施肥机前进速度为3.5~5.5km/h、施肥量在9 kg/hm2以上时,能够使步进电机工作转速在40~60r/min范围内,施肥机排肥平均误差为4.13%。
In order to realize the application of variable fertilization control system in Guizhou mountain, a variable fertil- izer control system based on non-GPS positioning was studied. The fertilization control system adopted the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the core, and it was divided into the manual mode and the non-GPS automatic mode. At manual mode, artificial selection of the corresponding work after the block, through the touch screen to select different stalls for fertilization; under the non-GPS automatic mode, the fertilization control system obtained the position signal of the fertilization Machine by the speed sensor, and ferilized the corresponding fertilizing amount according to the different locations of the fertilization Machine, which achieved the variable fertilization. The experimental results showed that it can integrate the information of the sensor data and the decision function, and it can make the working speed of the step motor in 40 - 60 r / min, and the average error of the fertilization machine was 4. 13 % , when the advance speed of fer- tilization Machine was 3.5 - 5.5km/h and the fertilizing amount was above 9kg/hm2.
