摘要 随着社会经济不断发展,我国农业种植由传统多区域小面积逐渐转变为单区域大面积种植模式,为适应农业发展趋势,由传统人工喷雾转变为变量喷雾,可作用大面积区域,且可根据种植区域农作物状况合理控制流量,降低喷雾成本。为此,针对当前最常见变量喷雾设备结构及控制系统展开研究,因喷雾设备采用可舒展延伸型喷杆结构,对其悬架及喷杆进行运动分析,结合实际找出影响喷雾效果的因素,得出不同运动状态及系统传递函数。同时,选择合适节流阀,根据流量及喷雾特点采用自使用模糊PID控制原理设计喷雾系统,基于PID算法基础利用推理条件得出模糊控制规则表控制喷雾系统实现喷雾变量控制。 With the continuous development of social economy, our country agriculture by traditional small area and grad- ually transformed into a single large area planting mode, in order to adapt to the development trend of agricultural spra- ying device needs to change from a traditional manual spray for variable spray effect, large area, and can reasonably con- trol the flow according to the condition of the crops planting area, reduce spray cost. it is necessary to deal with the com- plex natural environment in the process of variable spraying equipment, so it is necessary to study the characteristics of the equipment, and then analyze the design of the control system. Firstly, according to the most common variable spray e- quipment structure of the spraying equipment using stretch extension type spray rod structure, motion analysis of the sus- pension and the spray rod, combined with the actual factors to find out the influence of spraying effect, the different state of motion and the system transfer function. Select the appropriate throttle valve, according to the flow and spray character- istics of fuzzy PID control principle to control spray system use, PID algorithm using the inference conditions that fuzzy control rule table control system based on variable spray spray control.
