摘要 针对目前秸秆存在随意堆放、大面积焚烧和利用率低等问题,在研究国内外秸秆还田机的发展现状基础上,设计了一种旋转锹式还田机。利用Solid Works软件对旋转锹式玉米秸秆深埋还田机进行了三维建模,运用ANSYS软件对其关键部件旋转锹和刀轴进行了有限元分析。力学分析表明:应力主要集中在刀片背后弯曲部分,在正切刃部分变形最大。模态分析表明:工作时刀轴的振动频率远低于固有频率范围内的最小频率,不会发生共振。研究成果可为秸秆深埋还田机的设计和改进提供参考。 Facing with the problems of the straw pill up at will,straw large area burning and low utilization rate of straw after harvest,on the basis of the research on the development status of straw returning machine at home and abroad,design a kind of rotary spade field straw chopper. Using Solid Works for three-dimensional modeling,using ANSYS software for its key components rotating spade and knife shaft for finite element analysis. Mechanics analysis shows that,the stress mainly concentrated in behind the blades bend parts,the maximum deformation in tangent blade. The modal analysis showed that the work is far lower than the natural frequency of vibration frequency range of the minimum frequency,resonance will not occur. The research results provide reference for the design and improvement of deep field straw chopper.
