社区青春期生殖健康教育新模式的构建

Construction of a new model of adolescent reproductive health education in community

目的探索社区青春期生殖健康教育新模式,以期更好地满足青少年对青春期生殖健康知识的需求,提高青少年生殖健康水平。方法充分利用区域医联体资源,对青春期生殖健康教育过程进行全面优化。再结合该次探索实践的相关数据结果分析,简评活动成效并引申对青春期生殖健康教育工作发展的思考。结果一共对375例青少年进行青春期健康教育并参与问卷调查,平均年龄(15.76±2.21)岁。青少年对于生殖健康知识有特定的需求,生殖健康知识知晓率较低,大部分知识的知晓率都低于50%。健康教育活动后知识知晓率比活动前明显提高,活动满意度较高。结论青春期生殖健康教育是目前重要且迫切待解决的健康教育问题。青春期生殖健康教育新模式弥补了学校青春期教育和家庭青春期教育的不足,值得进一步深入开展。

Objective To explore a new model of adolescent reproductive health education in community,in order to better meet the needs of adolescents for reproductive health knowledge and improve reproductive health level of adolescents. Methods The resources of regional medical association were fully utilized to optimize the process of adolescent reproductive health education comprehensively. Combining with the analyticalresults of relevant data of exploration and practice,the effectiveness of the activities was evaluated,and the thinking about development of adolescent reproductive health education was acquired. Results A total of 375 adolescents participated in the health education activities and were surveyed. The average age was（ 15. 76 ± 2. 21） years old. Adolescents had a specific need for reproductive health knowledge,and the awareness rate of reproductive health knowledge was low,and most of which was less than 50%. After health education activity,the awareness rate of knowledge increased significantly,and the activity satisfaction was high. Conclusion Adolescent reproductive health education is an important and urgent health education problem to be solved. The new mode of adolescent reproductive health education makes up for the lack of school adolescent education and family adolescent education,which is worthy of further development.
