N-乙酰半胱氨酸与盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效对比及其对免疫功能和临床症状的影响

Comparison of curative effects of N-acetylcysteine and ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia and the effect on immune function and clinical symptoms

目的对比N-乙酰半胱氨酸与盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效及其对免疫功能和临床症状的影响。方法选取2015年1月-2016年1月在该院治疗的支气管肺炎患儿120例,按照用药方法随机分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组患儿采用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,试验组患儿采用N-乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗。结果治疗后,两组患儿的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)及补体C3(C3)均显著升高(P<0.05),且试验组患儿IgA和IgG明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组发热、咳嗽咯痰、肺部湿啰音等临床症状消失时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(81.7%)(P<0.05)。结论采用N-乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗支气管肺炎患儿能有效改善患儿的临床症状和免疫功能,疗效确切。

Objective To compare the curative effects of N-acetylcysteine and ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia,explore the effect on immune function and clinical symptoms. Methods A total of 120 children with bronchial pneumonia treated in the First People＇s Hospital of Neijiang from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,60 children in each group. The children in control group were treated by atomization inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride,and the children in experimental group were treated by atomization inhalation of N-acetylcysteine. Results After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A（ IgA）,immunoglobulin G（ IgG）,immunoglobulin M（ IgM）,and complement C3（ C3） in the two groups increased significantly（ P0. 05）,and the levels of Ig A and IgG in experimental group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group（ P0. 05）. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms（ fever,cough and expectoration,pulmonary rales） in experimental group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group（ P0. 05）. The total effective rate in experimental group was 95. 0%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（ 81. 7%）（ P0. 05）. Conclusion Atomization inhalation of N-acetylcysteine in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia can effectively improve clinical symptoms and immune function,and the curative effect is definite.
