摘要
反应堆堆芯热电偶主要用于测量一回路冷却剂的温度。热电偶密封装置处于反应堆顶盖贯穿件与热电偶导柱之间,是构成一回路边界的重要部件之一,其作用是保证一回路主系统在各种工况下的密封性要求。针对现有装置安装繁琐,可靠性较差的缺点,新装置在保证密封性与可互换性的基础上,采用更简单的拆装方式,减少了大量装卸时间,提高了生产和人员健康的安全保障。
The reactor core thermocouple is used to measure the temperature of the coolant in the primary loop. The thermocouple sealing device is assembled between the top of the reactor cap and the thermocouple guide column, and it is one of the important components of the primary loop boundary, its function is to ensure the sealing requirement of the primary loop main system under various working conditions. In view of the complicated installation and low reliability of the existing devices,on the basis of sealing and interchangeability, the new device adopts a simpler method for disassembly and disassembly, thereby the servicing time required for connection and disconnection operations on thermocouple columns is reduced, and the safety of manufacture and personnel is enhanced also.
