将TRIZ理论应用于养老护理床创新设计,提出应用TRIZ功能裁剪法对初始设计进行改进的方法。针对养老机构对护理床的特定要求进行初始设计。运用组件分析、功能模型及功能价值分析等方法识别初始设计的不足,运用功能裁剪法进行分析和改进,得到针对初始设计问题的两个不同改进方案;将两个改进方案结合,得到最终的养老护理床设计方案。使用功能裁剪法可优化产品创新设计方案,提供多种改进的方向和思路,形成专利阵,为设计方案评价提供依据。

The TRIZ theory was applied to the innovative design of nursing bed product. TRIZ function cropping method was presented to improve the initial design method. The initial design was performed on the nursing care bed aiming at the specific requirement in the retirement organization. The deficiencies of initial design were recognized using the component analysis, function model and functional value analysis. The function cropping method was applied to take analysis and improvement. Two different improvement schemes were obtained aiming at the initial design problems. The two improvement schemes were combined to obtain the final nursing care bed design scheme. The function cropping method could optimize the innovative product design scheme, provide multiple improving directions and thoughts, form the patent array and provide reference for the design scheme evaluation.
