摘要
为解决质量屋构建中顾客需求满意评价信息存在不确定性的问题,提出一种集成质量功能配置模型和卡诺模型的顾客需求优先级确定方法。通过获取竞争优先级确定产品规划方向;运用K-Means聚类分析法选取评价样本,基于产品的用户需求评价信息,采用竞争标杆分析与偏好稳定法量化评价信息中的满意度与不确定性,确定用户需求的相对重要度;利用Kano模型将顾客需求分类,并将Kano模型用于修正原始改进率的变换函数与顾客相对满意度相结合,确定用户需求竞争优先级。将该方法运用于医疗服务机器人的造型设计中,验证了其可行性和有效性。
In order to solve the uncertain problem of customer satisfaction evaluation information in product planning house of quality(HOQ), a new customer requirement priority method was proposed based on the integrated quality function deployment model and Kano model. The product planning direction was determined through the priority. The assessment samples were selected using K-Means clustering methodology. The satisfaction and uncertainty in the evaluation information were quantified using competitive benchmarking and preference stability method based on the customer demand evaluation information of product. The relative importance of customer requirements was confirmed. Kano model was used to classify the customer demands.Kano model was used to combine the transformation function of modified initial improvement rate and relative satisfaction of customer to obtain the user demand competitive priority. This method was used to design a medical service robot. The feasibility and effectiveness of this method was verified.
