摘要
为改进老人购物车的使用功能,结合TRIZ创新设计理论找出一种针对老人购物车产品创新设计方法。通过产品分析,了解原型产品的基本功能、主要结构及材料使用;通过问题描述与分析,发现该产品在设计中存在舒适度不够和使用性较差两个主要问题;通过进一步对主要问题与技术冲突分析与确定,利用TRIZ法中的39个通用工程参数和40条发明原理寻找可能解,最终完成对传统老人购物车的创新设计方案。结果表明:该设计方案在使用性及舒适度等方面均获得了一定的提升。
In order to optimize the operation function of elderly shopping cart, a novel product innovative design method was found for the elderly shopping cart with the TRIZ innovative design theory. The basic function,main structure and materials of the prototype product were introduced through the product analysis. Comfort problem and usability problem in this product design were found through the problem description and analysis. Through the further analysis and determination of the main problem and technical conflicts, 39 general engineering parameters and 40 inventive principles in the TRIZ method were used to find possible solution. At last, the innovative design scheme of tradition elderly shopping cart was completed. The results revealed that this design scheme could produce improvement in the comfort and usability.
