摘要 畜禽能量营养体系的建立和发展是基于对畜禽生命活动和生产过程中能量的代谢需求以及饲料中能源物质的供能有效性等认识的不断提升,这一体系所涉及的问题在畜牧业产业技术体系中既是最为基本的理论问题,也是十分重要的实践问题。在过去的2个世纪,世界许多学者在畜禽能量营养领域开展了大量系统的研究,由浅入深,由粗到精,
