舌诊在高血压病健康风险评估中的作用意义研究

高血压病是由多因素引发的慢性疾病,且呈蔓延趋势,对高血压病进行健康管理及风险评估是预防高血压病发生发展的重要手段之一。舌内通脏腑,其变化直接反映内脏的生理功能及病理状况。舌质、舌苔、舌态及舌下脉络的变化是判断脏腑寒热虚实与盛衰的根本依据。舌苔舌质的变化往往先于临床症状而存在。因此,将舌诊信息运用于高血压病的辨证施治,对高血压的早期诊断、早期预警具有不可替代的作用。

Hypertention,as a chronic disease causes by many factors,is spreading. It is an important method through health management and risk assessment to prevention of the occurrence and development of hypertension. The tongue is connected with the internal ograns directly and the change of tongue may reflect the physiological function and pathological state of the viscera. The change of tongue body, tongue fur, tongue condition and the blood vessel of tongue bottom is a the fundamental basis for jud- ging cold and heat, deficicency and excess of viscera. The change of the tongue often occurs before the clinical symptoms, sotongue diagnosis has an important role in early diagnosis and prevension of hypertention.
