基于循证医学经方治疗痛经证治规律的研究

Study on Diagnosis and Treatment Regularity of Classical Prescriptions Treating Dysmenorrhea Based on Evidence-Based Medicine

目的:采用循证医学回顾性的研究方法,根据文献现状提炼出经方治疗痛经的证治规律,以期充分发掘经方的价值,开拓临床思路提高临床疗效,并补中医现行教材未备之处。方法:检索并获取收录于中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库的所有关于《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》方的临床研究和个案经验文献,归纳出治疗痛经的所有经方的方剂谱,同时总结经方在临床运用时的加减运用规律。结果:通过循证医学的回顾性研究发现,有众多经方及其加减运用对于痛经有较好的疗效。结论:经方治疗痛经具有广泛适用性,在临床上有发掘和利用的广阔空间。

Objective ： Based on the method of evidence - based medicine, according to the present situation of literature, we retrospectively studied the diagnosis and treatment regularity on classic prescriptions treating dysmenorrhea. The purpose is to ex- plore the value of classic prescriptions, expand clinical thinkings and improve clinical effects, meanwhile to supplement current TCM teaching materials. Methods ：We retrieved and obtained all the literature of clinical studies and case experiences on all theprescriptions in Shanghan Lun and Jingui Yaolue from CNKI, VIP, WanFang and CBM database, and then worked out the pre- scription spectrum and concluded the regularity of adding and subtracting herbs when applying the prescriptions to clinic. Results ： Through the retrospective studies, we discover that there are many classic prescriptions and their variants are effective while trea- ting dysmenorrhea. Conclusion：The classic prescriptions has wide applicability in treating dysmenorrhea and there is a wide space to explore and use in clinical practice.
