摘要
目的:比较女贞子酒蒸前后质变与量变特征化合物(女贞苷G13、oleonuezhenide、红景天苷)的大鼠在体胃肠吸收差异。方法:采用大鼠在体胃肠吸收模型,以HPLC法测定给药后不同时间点大鼠胃和小肠灌注流出液中3种化合物的质量浓度,通过计算吸收速率常数和4 h累计吸收率比较三者在大鼠胃和小肠的吸收差异。结果:女贞苷G13、oleonuezhenide与红景天苷在胃和小肠中的吸收速率常数及4 h累计吸收率的顺序为:红景天苷>oleonuezhenide>女贞苷G13。结论:红景天苷较女贞苷G13、oleonuezhenide更利于胃肠吸收。研究结果为阐明女贞子酒蒸增效机理提供了科学依据。
Objective:To compare the difference among three kinds of characteristic compounds of Ligustrum lucidum Ait (G13, oleonuezhenide, salidroside) in rats' gastrointestinal absorption before and after steaming with wine. Methods:Rats in vivo with gastrointestinal perfusion model were used. We determined different time points after treatment of rats stomach and small in- testine perfusion concentration of three kinds of compounds in the effluent quality with HPLC and compared their absorption differences by calculating the absorption rate constant and 4 h cumulative absorption rate. Results : The sequencing of the Ka and 4 h cumulative absorption in rats' stomach and small intestine was salidroside 〉 oleonuezhenide 〉 G13. Conclusion:The salidroside is more conducive to be absorbed by the body compared with G13 and oleonuezhenide. Research result provides a scientific basis for the mechanism of increasing efficiency of Ligustrum lucidum Ait steamed with wine.
