Comparative Analysis of Thumb Kneading Method Mechanical Parameters Among Three Different Massage Schools

目的:采集、对比分析三个不同推拿流派拇指揉法的力学参数。方法:采用ZTC-Ⅰ智能推拿手法参数测试系统分别采集筋伤、骨伤、小儿推拿流派高年资临床推拿医师拇指揉法的力学参数,运用SAS 9.2统计软件包对具体数据进行统计分析。结果:三个流派测试者手法波形稳定,说明其均能熟练运用拇指揉法,但手法的频率、时间周期差异显著(P<0.05),振幅受力差异主要体现在Z轴(垂直)方向,不同推拿流派拇指揉法一定程度上反映了各自流派临床治疗疾病的特点。结论:三个不同流派拇指揉法频率稳定、压力值大小各有不同,反映了各自的临床推拿特色,不同推拿流派拇指揉法一定程度上反映了各自流派临床治疗疾病的特点。

Objective ：To collect, compare and analyze three different schools＇ massage thumb kneading methods mechanical parameters. Methods ：ZTC-I intelligent massage technique parameter determination system was used to collect the thumb kneading methods mechanical parameters of Soft - tissue Injury schools, Orthopedics and Traumatology schools and Infantile massage schools. The thumb kneading method was operated by older doctors. The relevant data was performed by using SAS 9.2 software. Results：Experiment results indicate that any one of three schools of the output waveform is stable,which means that three doctors can skilfully operate the thumb kneading method, but the frequency and period of the massage techniques are significantly different （ P 〈0. 05）. The parameters of mechanical difference is mainly reflected in the z axis （vertical） directions. Thumb kneading method partly reflects the difference among the characteristics of the diseases which are treated by the clinicians of different schools.
