透脓散对浅部化脓性炎症中性粒细胞FC受体、C3b受体影响的实验研究

Experimental Research about Effect of Tounong Powder on FC Receptor and C3b Receptor of Neutrophil in Superficial Purulent Inflammation

目的:研究透脓散对浅部化脓性炎症血中性粒细胞FC受体、C3b受体、C5a与局部愈合情况的影响,探讨透脓散与透托法扶正托毒的作用机理。方法:将Wistar大鼠分为病模对照组、透脓散高、中、低剂量组、头孢拉定组,采用金黄色葡萄球菌局部注射致大鼠背部浅部化脓性炎症模型,分别给予相应药物灌胃,观察脓肿愈合情况,于3、6、9 d取血检测血中性粒细胞FC受体、C3b受体与C5a。结果:透脓散可促进脓肿愈合;给药9 d,透脓散组可降低中性粒细胞比值,恢复至正常水平,且明显优于病模对照组与头孢拉定组;透脓散组能明显升高中性粒细胞C3b受体水平,且给药6 d,明显优于头孢拉定组;给药3 d,透脓散组能明显升高中性粒细胞FC受体水平;并且可以影响血C5a水平,具有双向调节作用,炎症早中期降低C5a水平,炎症中后期升高C5a水平。结论:透脓散可促进脓肿愈合,降低中性粒细胞比值,促进炎症消退;升高中性粒细胞C3b、FC受体水平,促进中性粒细胞黏附与吞噬,双向调节血中C5a水平。

Objective：To explore the effect of Tounong Powder on FC receptor and C3b receptor of neutrophil, C5a and abscess healing in superficial purulent inflammation, and analyse its mechanism. Methods ： The Wistar rats were divided into disease model control group, high, middle and low doses of Tounong Powder groups, eefradine group. We injected Staphylococcus aureus into rats＇ back to superficial purulent inflammation. The different groups＇ rats were treated with different treatments. After then,we ob- served the healing of abscess,and took the blood sample to test FC receptor and C3b receptor of neutrophil, CSa on the 3,6 and 9 day. Results ： Tounong Powder can promote the healing of the abscess, reduce the neutrophil ratio to normal level in 9 days and was significantly better than the blank control group and cefradine group. It increased C3b receptor levels ,and the difference was sig- nificant compared with that of the cefradine group in 6 day. It increased FC receptor levels too in 3 days. And it can affect the blood CSa level ,with dual regulation. Conclusion：Tounong Powder can promote the healing of the abscess, reduce the neutrophil ratio and promote inflammation subsided. It increased FC receptor and C3b receptor level, and can promot neutrophil adhesion and phagocytosis and regulate blood C5a levels with dual regulation.
