中药有效成分防治糖尿病认知障碍的研究进展

Research Progress of Active Components of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Prevention of Diabetic Cognitive Deficits

糖尿病脑病是糖尿病的慢性并发症之一,严重影响人们生活健康。长期慢性高血糖是其核心病理因素,可通过诱导氧化应激、神经炎症、Aβ沉积、神经营养缺乏、血脑屏障破坏等导致中枢神经系统病变,进而发生认知障碍。近年来,中药防治糖尿病认知障碍的研究文献增多,显示出中药在防治糖尿病脑病方面具有一定的优势。该综述简要概述了糖尿病脑病的主要发病机制及部分中药有效成分的防治作用,以期为糖尿病脑病的临床治疗及药物的研究开发提供参考。

Diabetic encephalopathy ,which seriously impacts people＇s healthcare, is one ot the chronic complications of diabetes. The central pathological factor of diabetic encephalopathy is chronic hyperglycemia which can result in pathological changes of central nerve system to induce cognitive deficit through oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, A[3 deposition, nerve nutritional defi- ciencies and blood - brain barrier damage. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages on prevention and treatment of diabetic eneephalopathy in terms of the increased related articles. This review briefly outlines the prevention and treatment of major pathogenesis of diabetic encephalopathy and some active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide the reference for the research and development of diabetic encephalopathy clinical treatment and innovative drugs.
