中医药治疗HER2阳性乳腺癌的临床及实验研究进展

Clinical and Experimental Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating HER2-positive Breast Cancer

HER2阳性乳腺癌是一种原癌基因过度表达的乳腺癌,有其独特的临床特点和生物学行为。尽管针对该基因的靶向药物曲妥珠单抗问世后疗效显著,高昂的治疗费用和治疗耐药性的增加仍是我们不得不面对的难题。近年来中医药对该类型乳腺癌的研究逐步开展,文章从HER2阳性乳腺癌的中医证型研究、临床治疗进展和实验研究进展等方面对中医药在HER2阳性乳腺癌研究中发挥的作用作一综述,以期为进一步的临床和机理研究提供参考。

HER2 - positive breast cancer is a cancer with proto - oncogene overexpression. It has unique clinical features and biological behavior. Although gene targeting drug trastuzumab shows significant effect in treating this type of breast cancer, high cost of treatment and the increase in drug resistance is still a problem we have to face. In recent years ,the research of traditional Chinese medicine on this type of breast cancer has been gradually carried out. This paper reviews the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the research of HER2 positive breast cancer from the aspects of Chinese syndrome differentiation, clinical treatment research and experimental research progress,providing the reference for further clinical research and mechanism study.
