摘要
介绍了特高压直流换流站选相合闸装置的基本原理,分析了理想合闸时刻、断路器机构离散特性以及合闸不同期等因素对选相合闸性能的影响。在此基础上,提出了选相合闸装置的整定原则;针对目前特高压直流换流站选相合闸装置还缺乏足够有效现场试验手段和方法的问题,提出了一种通过将继保测试仪输出电压、电流与一次开关、选相合闸装置及站内故障录波装置串联并实际带选相合闸二次控制回路试验的,不需增加硬件成本的选相合闸装置性能及二次回路现场试验方法。祁韶(酒湖)±800k V特高压直流输电工程韶山换流站现场应用表明该方法有效、可行。
Basic principle of phase-selection switching-on control device(PSCD) in UHVDC converter station is presented, and its influence on PSCD performances such as ideal switching-on time, discrete performance and asynchronous switching-on of circuit breaker is analyzed. Then PSCD setting principle is proposed. In order to solve the problem of lack of effective on-site testing measures and method for PSCD, a testing method without adding hardware costs to verify the performances is proposed by connecting the output voltage and current of protective relays in series with the PSCD, real circuit breaker and fault-wave recorder in UHVDC converter station, with corresponding PSCD secondary circuit included in the test. Field application of the method in a converter station of an actual ±800 k V UHVDC power transmission project verifies efficiency and validity of the proposed testing method.
